What is Arkadiko?
Arkadiko is a non-custodial liquidity protocol that allows users to use their STX tokens as collateral to borrow USDA, Arkadiko’s own stablecoin pegged to the US Dollar. This process provides users with liquidity while they retain exposure to their original assets. The yield generated from the STX tokens automatically pays back the USDA loan over time, thanks to Arkadiko's integration with Stacks' Proof-of-Transfer consensus mechanism. Arkadiko is also the first major Stacks Ecosystem project to launch as a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). As such, Arkadiko offers its community governance participation via the DIKO token, empowering users to influence the protocol's future direction.
